The RFB series return oil filter can be directly installed on the top, side, or bottom of the oil tank, simplifying the pipeline. The upper part is exposed outside the fuel tank, which not only facilitates the replacement of the filter element, but also facilitates the sealing of the fuel tank.

 

Equipped with a bypass valve, during cold oil startup, due to factors such as low system oil temperature and flow fluctuations, the pressure difference of the oil filter is too large, causing the main engine to not work properly. In addition, in the case of filter clogging by dirt, the bypass valve opens (0.42MPa) to ensure the normal operation of the system; Equipped with a check valve, when the oil filter is placed on the side or bottom of the oil tank, the oil in the tank will not flow out when replacing the filter element.
